BHI Coin — How it works
Our thank-you to the clients who come back and the clients who send us their friends. Here’s the whole program in plain English.
It’s live
Every inspection performed on or after October 8, 2026 and paid in full earns coins. There’s nothing to sign up for and nothing to carry. We keep the count for you.
How you earn
| What you do | Coins |
|---|---|
| Complete an inspection with us | 100 |
| Refer a friend (they give us your name when they book; the coins land when their inspection is done) | 400 |
No limit on referrals.
What coins are worth
| Coins | Reward |
|---|---|
| 200 | $25 off an inspection |
| 400 | $50 off an inspection |
| 600 | A free re-inspection after repairs |
| 1,200 | A free home inspection (covers up to $650), once per client |
One reward per inspection.
How to use them
Tell us when you book that you’d like to use your coins, and they come off the bill. Want your balance? Reply to any email from us or call (707) 803-8920.
For real estate agents
For every 3 inspections your clients do with us, your next client gets $25 off. We keep the count for you; your client just gives us your name when they book.
California law (Business & Professions Code §7197) doesn’t let home inspectors give agents, brokers or sellers anything for a referral, so the discount goes to your client, never to you. It’s part of how we keep every report independent. If you book and pay for an inspection on your own home or a rental you own, it earns coins like any client’s.
Who can’t earn referral coins
Real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and the seller or owner of the home being inspected. Referral coins go to past clients only.
Expiry
Coins expire 24 months after your last activity. Any inspection, referral or reward resets the clock.
The fine print
- Coins have no cash value, aren’t property, and can’t be sold, traded or transferred.
- Coins are for Behnamnia Home Inspections services only.
- We may change or end the program at any time. Coins you’ve already earned stay good until they expire.
- We may remove coins earned by fraud or by referrals that aren’t genuine.
- We never give coins for online reviews.
