The page tells buyers to keep it, and to come back to it long after the report is filed.

How do the first two months work?
Your listing gets its own local number that forwards to your phone and logs every call, so we both know when it rang. Nothing is due for your first two months, and the clock starts on print day, not the day you sign. If your listing’s number never rang (no call of 30 seconds or more) by the end of month two, tell us in writing within 7 days and you owe nothing. If it rang, the $400 for months one and two is due, then $200 a month.
When does the guide print?
When 10 of the 24 trades are signed. A signed reservation holds your trade until then. If 10 aren’t signed by October 31, 2026, every reservation is void and nobody owes anything.
How long is the agreement?
Six months, renewing in six-month terms. You can leave at the end of any term with no penalty. Your $200 founding rate stays as long as you keep renewing. If you leave and come back later, it’s the regular $300 rate.
Can my competitor be on the page too?
No. One company per trade. The first signed agreement takes the trade, and once it’s taken, it’s closed.
Do you share inspection findings with listed companies?
No. Listed companies never see a client’s report, and a listing has no effect on any finding. We’re paid a flat fee, never a share of any job.
What do you need from me?
Your trade, company name, phone number and license number (if your trade needs one). Send the form above, or call or text (707) 348-5628. We check your license on the state record, then send you the reservation agreement to sign.
